Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality coaching and programs. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing:

  • Change-of-mind refunds are not available.

  • If you cancel before the first call or program start date, you may request a refund.

  • Once the first call has occurred or the program has commenced, no refunds will be given.

  • For 1:1 coaching sessions, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice (subject to availability).
    All payments must be completed as agreed. Kajabi will attempt up to 5 recharges on failed payments; if unresolved, access to the program will be suspended until payment is made.

By purchasing any program, course, or service from Madelyn Carafa (“we”, “our”, “us”), you (“the client”, “you”, “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all of our programs and services, including but not limited to:

  • 1:1 Strategic Podcast Immersion

  • 1:1 Private Podcast Mentoring

  • How To Launch A Successful Podcast

  • Podcaster's Playbook Mastermind

  • Any live rounds, coaching calls, courses, or group programs offered by us

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment options include pay in full or payment plans (weekly or monthly) as stated at checkout.

  • All payments are processed securely through Kajabi.

  • If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all installments as scheduled.

  • Kajabi will make up to 5 attempts to process a failed payment. If payment remains unsuccessful, access to the program or service will be suspended until payment is resolved.

3. Refund Policy & Cancellations

  • We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means you are entitled to a refund or replacement only if there is a major problem with the service provided.

  • Change-of-mind refunds are not offered.

  • If you cancel before the first call or program start date, you may request a refund.

  • No refunds are available once the first call has occurred or the program has commenced.

  • For 1:1 sessions, clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

By joining a program or working with us 1:1, you agree to:

  • Show up to sessions, calls, and program activities on time.

  • Take responsibility for your own results by engaging with the content and completing any suggested tasks.

  • Respect all group members and maintain confidentiality in group programs.

5. Disclaimers

  • We provide coaching, training, and education in podcasting. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as audience growth, download numbers, income, or brand partnerships.

  • Your results will depend on your own effort, commitment, and external factors outside of our control.

  • Nothing in our programs should be considered financial, legal, or medical advice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, resources, templates, and materials provided are owned by us.

  • You are granted personal use only. You may not share, copy, or distribute our materials without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
